Eric's Experience

In his new role at FAAST Eric will support the Financial Loan Program Director in various aspects of administering and expanding the Loan Program.


Eric’s prior professional experience is in the property management and commercial real estate sectors.  In this capacity, he has extensive experience in general business operations, customer service, budgeting, and financial controls & reporting.  Eric is also a part-time real estate investor & landlord and as such is familiar with loan and credit applications & reviews.  


Eric is proud to have served as a volunteer in various capacities, including over 10 years as a volunteer Big Brother and recently as a volunteer with the Florida Guardian ad Litem Program.  Eric has also served on the Board and/or volunteered at multiple non-profits.  


Eric was born and raised in Cleveland, OH, and relocated to Tallahassee, FL in 2019 with his family.  Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and young children and always cheering for his beloved Cleveland sports teams and Ohio State Buckeyes!
