Hi friends!

The Assistive Technology Advisory Council and FAAST Staff have been working hard to put together the 2020 Strategic Plan.

The ATAC/Board will be approving this on a meeting scheduled for Tuesday, September 29, from 9:00-10:00 a.m. EST. Specific meeting details will be announced in the coming days.

Through several meetings, the ATAC recognized three strategic issues that needed to be addressed.

1. Improve Public Awareness
How can FAAST raise public awareness of the organization and its programs,
benefits, service areas, and successes?

2. Expand Quality Services
How can FAAST expand its capacity to reach all Floridians while maintaining a
quality and equitable level of service?

3. Improve Internal Operations
How can FAAST address structural and operational weaknesses to improve
governance, streamline operations, and pursue innovation?

The Public is welcome to comment below on the Plan or you can send emails to info@faastinc.org
